Refund Policy

    Leonpharmacy Refund Polices:
  • Transit level / delivery damage: Full refund to be provided to customers in case the goods get damaged during the delivery / transit. Customers can also opt for new parcel request free of charge (including shipping).
  • Non-Delivery status: If goods remain undelivered from Leonpharmacy and its third party shipping service for a period of time exceeding to the suggested shipping period of time, the customers will be duly refunded or Leonpharamcy can make availability of fresh parcel free of charge (including shipping) but subject to the previous order amount and not any different product.
  • No Refunds or cancellation to be accepted for goods once processed / dispatched by Every customer is requested to provide Leonpharmacy their exact shipping address during the process of online purchase. In case the goods are returned to Leonpharmacy, the customers are liable to pay re-shipping charges for parcel procurement.

Note: If the product is not delivered or cancelled before we confirm the booking, 100% refund of order amount is reverted to the customer.

On receiving the shipment, the customer can ask us for refund by contact customer care at email or live chat. The personnel will give a shipping address. Customer has to ship all the received products back on this given address. After we get the consignment, we will deem 50% billing amount refund to customer.

Customers are guaranteed 50% amount refund of order value, if the product is cancelled after the booking is confirmed.
